Josh moved to Chicago in 2004 after graduating from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Prior to the formation of The Manderly Group in 2016 Josh spent eight years at consulting firm FPL Associates and served as Regional Director of Rental Beast. In 2018 Josh began to focus exclusively on leading Manderly’s expansion, value-add activities, and the management of its portfolio. Outside of work Josh enjoys spending time with his family and going to concerts and stand up comedy shows.
